I would like to talk about complications in my life.One of the biggest difficulties is living in different country.We have different culture,and that's why i saw many times that i had problems because of these differences.I have been in the U.S. for 2 years. I have already gotten used to live in here.I start to understand people around me.Also, I could figure out their culture,and I tried to find some similaryties between 2 cultures.By the way,I liked to learn new cultureBeforre I was thinking that I can't stay here ,and i need to go back to Turkey.Now I have many friends from different countries,and I fit in with my friends.I'm so lucky because I had chance to meet with them...

ReplyDeleteIt's great that you have friends now from different cultures here.( I know you probably miss your friend April from the last class but hopefully you can still see her after class.)
It takes time before you get comfortable living in a new culture. Two years isn't really a long time when you're in a new place with a different culture, although you may think so. Anyway, I'm glad you are enjoying your life here in NY!
